High-gravity ammonia removal operates by generating intense centrifugal forces through high-speed rotation. This process disperses liquid into ultra-thin films or micro-droplets, significantly enhancing gas-liquid contact area and mass transfer rates. It efficiently treats dilute ammonia solutions (1-5% concentration) or ammonia-containing wastewater, reducing residual ammonia content to ≤0.05% while simultaneously recovering concentrated ammonia water (15-20%) and gaseous ammonia as valuable byproducts. The technology achieves efficient ammonia separation through synergistic mechanisms: heating promotes ammonia desorption, vacuum operation alters the relative volatility of ammonia/water, and countercurrent gas flow strips ammonia within the high-gravity field. These integrated approaches enable highly effective ammonia removal from dilute solutions.
