High-Efficiency Rotary Atomization Technology
High-efficiency rotary atomization is a novel technology developed to enhance mass transfer processes based on high-gravity theory. It uses a unique intercepting rotor structure developed by our company to create a powerful centrifugal force field through high-speed rotation, effectively replacing a standard gravity field. This innovation significantly improves mass transfer and reduces the size and mass of the equipment.
The technology utilizes an electric motor to power a rotor that rotates at high speed, generating tremendous centrifugal force. While this process uses centrifugal force, its primary goal is to replicate the high-gravity environment to enhance multiphase transfer processes, as well as mixing and reaction processes that require improved micro-mixing within phases.

High-efficiency rotary atomization dust removal is a novel dust removal apparatus that combines several techniques, including water film, inertial collision capture and diffusion, centrifugal settling, filtration, and mechanical rotation collision. It is a new type of wet dust collector that innovatively fuses the features of a wet fiber layer dust collector with a cyclone scrubber. As a result, its dust removal effect is superior to that of standard dust collectors at the same energy consumption, and dust capture efficiency can be increased by a factor of ten.

When dust particles and liquid droplets collide, the liquid replaces the gas on the surface, spreading across the dust particle and displacing the gas film.
When the dust particles are completely submerged in the liquid, the solid-liquid interface takes the place of the gas-solid contact. The efficiency of dust removal is directly impacted by the atomization effect: the greater the atomization, the more efficient the dust removal.
