CXRZB Introduces 10m³ Insulated Asphalt Tank

The 10m³ 304 Stainless Steel Vertical Insulated Storage Tank is designed specifically for emulsified asphalt systems and other high-viscosity industrial fluids. The equipment integrates thermal control, circulation, and discharge functions into a compact vertical structure, improving both operational stability and process efficiency.

The storage tank introduces several technical upgrades aimed at maintaining fluid consistency and ensuring continuous production performance:

1. Full 304 stainless steel construction

The tank body is manufactured entirely from 304 stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance, hygienic performance, and extended service life under demanding industrial environments.

2. Integrated insulation and electric heating system

Equipped with a controlled heating unit, the system maintains a stable operating temperature between 50–80°C. This prevents material solidification and ensures emulsified asphalt remains in ideal flow condition.

3. Dual-pump system design

The equipment features a dual-pump configuration:

• A discharge pump with a capacity of 25–30m³/h, 3-inch ports, and integrated heating support for mobile operation, delivering stable output with ≥1 bar pressure at 10m distance.
• A low-pressure circulation pump designed to create internal vortex flow, ensuring uniform temperature distribution and preventing sedimentation.

4. Optimized gravity-feed structure

The tank adopts a special gravity-feed design without a top inlet, improving safety and reducing contamination risks during material handling.

5. Integrated instrumentation and control layout

The system comes with a complete set of valves, monitoring instruments, and a professionally arranged pipeline layout for easier operation and maintenance.

6. Industrial-grade power configuration

Powered by a 400V, 60Hz, three-phase motor system, the unit is built for stable long-term industrial operation.
